Delivery Policy (UK)
We deliver across the UK mainland. Standard delivery windows are provided at checkout and may vary by item weight, stock status, and destination.
Unless a different timeframe is agreed, deliveries will be made within 30 days in line with UK consumer law. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
Standard Delivery: typically 2–5 working days once dispatched. Express options may be available at checkout for eligible postcodes.
Large/Fragile Items: may require a scheduled delivery window. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on weight, size, and service level. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly indicated before payment.
Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a card or notification. Please follow the instructions to reschedule or collect. If the parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
Risk of Loss & Title
Risk transfers to you once the goods are in your physical possession or that of a person you nominate. Until then, we remain responsible for the goods in transit.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
Click & Collect (If Available)
Where offered, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo ID and your order number. We will hold items for a limited period before cancelling and refunding.
